About the vacancy:

The Omni-Channel Communications Officer is responsible for managing the communication strategy across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless, integrated customer experience. This role requires strong coordination skills, an understanding of display, programmatic, and direct channels, and expertise in analytics to optimize communication effectiveness and audience engagement.
 
As a Omni-Channel Communications Officer, we need you to:
  • Develop and execute integrated communication strategies across multiple channels. (email, social media, websites, mobile apps, search engines etc.).
  • Coordinate and align messaging across all customer touchpoints, including display, programmatic, and direct channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize communication campaigns using analytics tools
  • Manage the coordination and delivery of marketing messages to different audience segments.
  • Develop targeted content and engagement strategies for each channel to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Leverage customer feedback, data insights, and A/B testing to continuously improve communication efforts.
  • Report on communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • As a Omni-Channel Communications Officer, we need you to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong experience in managing omni-channel communication strategies.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement tools and platforms (e.g. social media, email, programmatic networks, analytics, marketing tools).
  • Experience in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work across teams to deliver integrated messaging and campaigns.
