About the vacancy:
As a React Tech Lead we need you to:
  • Leading the development of high-quality React applications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Mentoring and guiding developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards
  • Full involvement in the post incident review process
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
    • We need you to have:
  • Proven experience as a React developer with a strong portfolio of past projects
  • Extensive experience with JavaScript, including ES6+ and modern JS frameworks
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design
  • Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and leadership abilitiess
  • Experience with Angular and the ability to work with both React and Angular projects
  • Experience with TypeScript
    • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of server-side rendering and Next.js
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in backend technologies (NodeJS, Express, etc.)
